Interests Outside of Lab
Being part of a lab heavily invested in imaging and optics has done absolute wonders to my already strong interest in photography: As an avid SCUBA diver, I take every opportunity to capture the disappearing beauty of a continuously threatened underwater world.
Whichever additional free time I have on land I enjoy exploring Los Angeles with my motorcycle, reminding myself of my fleeting fitness through playing soccer, and furthering my academia-derived addiction to coffee through my quest to find the tastiest of beans.
